> English name: Ox demon


> Distinctive features: Bull or ox head, monstrous body, spider legs, sharp horns, massive size.


> Powers: Brutal strength, curses, disease and poison.


> Habitat: Coastal regions, mountains, forests


> Claim to fame: Ushi oni are some of the most fearsome yokai in Japanese folklore, notorious for their cruelty, cunning, and just straight up destructive power. they are infamous for attacking humans, inflicting curses, or working with other yokai to lure and devour victims. Tales of coastal hunters, mountain terrors, and poisonous breath make them legends of raw, chaotic force.


> Common tattoo depictions: best done big enough to show the chimera nature of it with the spider body but can be done as just a bull/demon head. pairs well with water due to it's coastal appearances or poison mist for more ominous vibes. 


> Tattoo symbolism: Raw power, savagery, chaos, fear, dominance, unstoppable force.
